Consultation Fees
Yokine Medical Centre is a mixed billing medical centre. However, we may bulk bill children under 16 and valid healthcare and concession card holders. There is no rebate for Telehealth consults done if you are new patient or hasn’t attended the clinic in the last 12 month at least once face to face. If you are unsure about our charges, please call us and inquire before making the appointment as we are unable to refund fees.

The last bulk billing appointment is at 4:45 pm. Appointments after 5 pm privately billed.
DVA card holders we do not bulk bill after 5 PM and during weekends.
Other fees
Medical consumables used as part of your treatment may attract a separate fee between $10 to $40.
Procedural fees will vary according to the type and complexity – please enquire prior to your consultation.
We also stock a wide range of travel and other vaccines – please ask reception for individual prices or book in for a travel vaccination consultation with one of the doctors
After Hours Medical Care
In the event we are closed, if it’s a medical emergency please dial 000 and seek urgent attention.

Cancellations and Not attending the clinic / Not answering the Telehealth call
We understand that emergencies happen however we have a minimum 2-hour window to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If you are unable to do so, Non-Attendance fee for Standard Consult/ Telehealth is $40 and Long Consult and Weekend will be $80
We will be calling from no caller ID for Telehealth calls, and you are required to keep your phone with you and should allow a delay of 30 minutes to maximum 60 minutes for the doctor to call from the time of your appointment as doctors can be held up and run late from previous appointments.
Home Visits Policy
The doctors practising from this clinic do not do home visits.
Medical Certificates and Prescribing
We do not backdate medical certificates and its up to the doctor’s discretion to issue Medical certificates and prescribing medication.
Drugs of addiction and Pain medication
We do not prescribe Drugs of addiction and Pain medication unless we establish a need and obtaining prior medical history. We do not refund fees in the event of not been able to fulfil your requests for medication.

Practice Communication Policy
You are welcome to contact us on 08 63279525 for any questions or urgent matters. However, if you decide to email us on admin@yokinemedicalcentre.com.au it may take 2 working days to respond as we take appropriate time to respond to your queries.
The doctors may return your call for any urgent queries when they get a chance, however we encourage to make an appointment and make time with the doctor for clinical matters.
Our reception staff is not clinically trained, and we are unable to give any medical advice or triage you on the phone and we advise you to call 000 or attend the nearest hospital in case of an emergency.
